About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced career professional to join our team as an Employability Skills Trainer. Your role will be to deliver and facilitate assessments, training, and support services to help individuals become more competitive in their local labour market.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Promote skills development programs and build relationships with local employers and community organisations.
- Support participants in identifying their skills and abilities and securing employment opportunities.
- Develop individual career development plans for participants.
- Organise, plan, implement, and facilitate training programs for participants.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Willingness to complete a background check and working with vulnerable people check.
- Able to work Full Time Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5pm.
