We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employability Skills Trainer.

This role involves providing support and guidance to individuals in identifying their skills, abilities and securing employment.

  • Promoting employment opportunities and supporting participants to achieve their career goals.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employability skills.
  • Building relationships with local employers and community organisations to facilitate job placements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The position is based in Launceston and Devonport, with flexibility to be based at either location. A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle are required.

Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check and a Criminal History Check.
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm.
