About the Position:

This role involves providing personalized employment assistance to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their career aspirations and establish long-term job paths.

  • Offer hands-on support and guidance to a small group of clients.
  • Foster mentorship, encourage skill development, and enhance individuals' capacity for work.
  • Deliver tailored supports to clients, some transitioning from education to employment.
  • Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and facilitate integration.
  • Offer support and consultation to employers.
Main Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with disabilities in achieving their career goals.
  • Develop and establish vocational identities for clients.
  • Provide customized supports to meet individual client requirements.
  • Collaborate with employers to provide support and consultation.
Requirements
  • Australian work eligibility.
  • A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement.
  • Availability to travel as required for service delivery and support of clients.
  • Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
