We are seeking an experienced Career Development Specialist to deliver, facilitate and administer assessments, training and support services to participants.

This role will enable you to make a difference in the lives of others and your own, while working in a productive and collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for promoting our Employment Services Programs, supporting and guiding participants to identify their skills and secure employment, developing career development plans and organising, planning, implementing and facilitating training programs.

To be considered, you must have eligibility to work in Australia, a current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle, willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
