About the Role

As a senior member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success and expanding client relationships.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership. They will be a proactive, solutions-focused individual with a passion for building long-term partnerships.

  • Lead client-facing project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Drive business development initiatives to identify new project opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Manage internal design teams and oversee engineering assessments across complex, multi-client projects.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings to enhance market presence.
  • Deliver technically sound and innovative fire designs, reports, and specifications across various sectors.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a design consultancy environment.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or equivalent qualification.
  • Accreditation in NSW (Certifier - Fire Safety).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of technical expertise in fire safety design, analysis, and risk assessment.
