As a Mobile App Team Lead / Developer, you'll lead the development and maintenance of our iOS and Android app, working alongside a small, skilled team. You'll be supported by our web and backend teams and collaborate closely with our CTO to enhance our platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop new features and enhancements for our iOS and Android apps.
  • Review pull requests, maintain code quality, and mentor junior developers.
  • Help transition our apps from Objective-C/Java to Swift/Kotlin.
  • Design scalable, maintainable solutions with a focus on reliability and security.
  • Work with AWS tools and infrastructure to build a cutting-edge SaaS platform.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience developing native iOS and Android apps.
  • Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java.
  • Strong experience in code reviews, mentoring, and maintaining high coding standards.
  • A passion for emergency services, mapping, or real-time data solutions.
  • Australian work rights and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
