Sydney Fire Engineering Lead PositionWe are seeking an experienced Fire Engineering Lead to join our Sydney-based team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will drive project success and expand client relationships across various projects.
- Lead project delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Foster business opportunities and establish long-term client partnerships.
- Manage internal design teams and oversee engineering assessments for complex projects.
- Represent the company in industry forums and client presentations.
- Deliver innovative Fire designs, reports, and specifications across sectors.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Proven experience in design consultancy with strong client engagement and project leadership.
- Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent.
- Accreditation as a Certifier - Fire Safety in NSW.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages.
- Passion for building client relationships and growing business pipelines.
- High technical expertise in fire safety design, analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
