Over 20 years, we have been dedicated to empowering Indigenous children from remote and regional communities by providing scholarships to leading boarding schools in Australia.

Beyond academic support, our organization delivers programs that help students excel academically, maintain their cultural identity, and grow as future leaders. Today, we support over 250 students and almost 600 alumni nationwide.

We are built on partnerships with students, families, schools, sponsors, and communities. Guided by the values of compassion, openness, respect, resilience, inclusiveness, and excellence, we continue to expand our impact on the next generation of Indigenous leaders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead business services with a strong focus on HR and people leadership to enable growth and impact.
  • Inspire and guide a team of cross-functional experts to achieve strategic organisational goals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by embedding quality systems and risk-aware thinking into daily operations.
Key Attributes / Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in HR/people leadership, including talent management, culture, and workforce capability development.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver organisational outcomes.
  • Strong governance and risk management capability to safeguard integrity and sustainability.
  • Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills to drive innovation and efficiency.
