Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our early learning service in Southport. As Service Director, you will oversee the implementation of innovative programs focused on nature, wellness, and child development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for children's growth and wellbeing, incorporating yoga, mindfulness, and outdoor activities.
  • Manage a dedicated team of staff, ensuring they receive regular training and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish partnerships and opportunities that enhance our programs.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, workshops, and community activities.
Requirements

We are looking for an exceptional individual who possesses:
