Hotel Services Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Services Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families, while maintaining a clean and safe environment in our food services preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food to residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in food services preparation and service areas
- Interact with residents and their families in a professional and respectful manner
- Work collaboratively with the Manager Hotel Services and other team members to achieve goals and objectives
- Complete routine documentation and monitor dietary requirements of residents
Requirements:
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills
- Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member
- Availability to work across a seven-day roster
- Safe food handling certificate and understanding of food safety plans
