Building Services Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Building Services Officer to join our team in Geelong. As the first point of contact for our customers and new starters, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our office.
Your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, managing the reception area and meeting rooms, receiving and directing deliveries, and responding to requests from employees regarding facilities issues.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment or in an entry-level administration or reception role. You will also need to be able to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems with attention to accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint, and able to learn quickly, use advanced time management, and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
