Client Services Officer

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our Client Services team as a Client Services Officer. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team of Financial Advisers, ensuring efficient workflow management and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurately reconciled client review reporting for Advisers.
- Liaise with fund managers and maintain client portfolios through financial planning software.
- Booking appointments, document management, and data entry, and deliver general ad-hoc administrative support.
- Deliver quality service and outputs to clients in both written and verbal form.
- Comprehensive training, including a dedicated buddy to get you off to the right start.
