Building Services Officer

The OpportunityAs a Building Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and new starters.
You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life every day.

Your Responsibilities- Present a professional image of the company by greeting visitors and directing them to the correct team member and/or department.
- Answer all incoming calls and ensure connection to the correct department.
- Manage the reception area and all meeting rooms.
- Receive and direct incoming deliveries.
- Respond to requests from employees regarding any facilities issues by either resolving the issue where possible or informing the Building Services Manager of the request in an accurate and timely manner.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has previous experience working within a fast-paced customer service environment or in an entry-level administration or reception role.
You will have the ability to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems with attention to accuracy, spelling, and grammar, and an excellent eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Power Point, is essential.
You will have the ability to learn quickly, use advanced time management, and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
