Building Services Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Building Services Officer to join our team in Geelong. As the first point of contact for our customers and new starters, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our office.
As a Building Services Officer, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, managing the reception area and meeting rooms, receiving and directing incoming deliveries, and responding to requests from employees regarding facilities issues.
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and internal clients
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct department
- Manage the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Receive and direct incoming deliveries to the correct team members
- Respond to requests from employees regarding facilities issues in a timely and accurate manner
- You have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment or in an entry-level administration or reception role
- You are able to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems with attention to accuracy, spelling, and grammar
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint
- You are able to learn quickly, use advanced time management, and achieve goals with minimal supervision
