About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Onsite Workplace Solutions Engineer to join our team at Robert Walters Australia. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Represent the Company: Provide an exceptional customer experience, representing the company's values and mission.
  2. Support End User Devices: Support the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of End User Compute devices.
  3. Handle VIP Walk-ups: Handle VIP walk-ups and liaise with executive level staff to ensure prompt resolution.
  4. Deploy SOE Images: Deploy SOE images onto user devices via SCCM Desktop and Mobile Device Management.
  5. Troubleshoot Desktop and Networking Issues: Troubleshoot and isolate Desktop, Networking, Windows Server, O365 issues; escalate to the relevant team when required.
  6. Diagnose Hardware Faults: Diagnose hardware related faults and liaise with the vendor to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 2+ years' experience in a similar IT Support role.
  2. End User Device Support: 2+ years' experience in supporting end user devices in a face-to-face capacity.
  3. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with senior management and executives effectively and confidently.
  4. Support Best Practices: Deep understanding of support best practices.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Level 1-2 knowledge of Desktop, Networking and Windows Server technologies.
  6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
