We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Onsite Workplace Solutions Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and technical expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the company by providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Support the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of End User Compute devices.
- Handle VIP walk-ups and liaise with executive level staff.
- Deploy SOE images onto user devices via SCCM Desktop and Mobile Device Management.
- Troubleshoot and isolate Desktop, Networking, Windows Server, O365 issues; escalate to the relevant team when required.
- Diagnose hardware related faults and liaise with the vendor to ensure prompt resolution.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar IT Support role.
- 2+ years' experience in supporting end user devices in a face-to-face capacity.
- Ability to communicate with senior management and executives effectively and confidently.
- Deep understanding of support best practices.
- Level 1-2 knowledge of Desktop, Networking and Windows Server technologies.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
