About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Workplace Support Specialist to join our team at AC3 Australia. As an Onsite IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1/2 support for end user devices, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Deploy SOE images onto user devices using SCCM
  • Manage desktop and mobile devices using SCCM, InTune, or similar tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop, networking, and Windows Server technologies
  • Diagnose hardware-related faults and liaise with vendors to ensure prompt resolution
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
  • 2+ years of experience in supporting end user devices in a face-to-face capacity
  • Deep understanding of support best practices, including identifying root causes and going the extra mile
  • Level 1-2 knowledge of desktop, networking, and Windows Server technologies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
