About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Modern Workplace Solutions Engineer to join our team at Programmed. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft's Modern Workplace suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including Intune, AutoPilot, and MECM (SCCM)
  • Deploy and manage Modern Desktop Solutions, ensuring seamless endpoint management and security
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
  • Proven experience with MECM (SCCM), Intune, and AutoPilot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification desirable
  • Current, formal Microsoft certifications, such as MS-100/10, desirable
