About This Role:

As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and regional supply chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives and promotional plans
  • Utilizing advanced tools to analyze sales trends, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy
  • Working closely with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain disruptions
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance planning processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiency across the supply chain
  • Partnering with Supply Planners to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence

To succeed in this role, you will need strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable plans. Proficiency in data analysis tools and excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential.
