This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career as a Demand Planner, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Demand Planning & Supply Chain.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead and prepare monthly forecasts, including collation and communication of associated minutes/actions.
- Ownership of baseline and project demand forecast supporting wider supply chain function to meet market demands.
- Review and refine forecasting models considering input from Sales, Marketing, Product Managers, customers, and historical sales trends.
- Monitor and analyze trends in forecast accuracy/forecast bias with a goal of continuous improvement of gaps between forecast and sales.
- Communicate changes in demand trends to supply team, ensuring customer serviceability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Managers on product life cycles and statuses for all SKUs.
- Support new product launches, deletions, range reviews, and other initiatives to minimize write-off exposure and clearance.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in demand planning.
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to challenge assumptions and maintain high attention to detail.
- Effective listening in dynamic environments and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in SAP, particularly IBP, is advantageous.
