Demand & Supply Planning Lead

We're seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead our end-to-end planning process from design to data-driven decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of FMCG operations and experience with ERP systems, EDI, AI, and planning tools.
This position offers ownership of demand forecasting and supply planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and partnership with trusted supplier partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective demand planning and forecasting strategies in the FMCG industry.
- Utilize expertise in ERP systems, EDI, AI, and planning tools to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and analytical excellence across the supply chain.
- Demonstrated success in demand planning and forecasting, preferably in FMCG or import/export environments.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics an asset), EDI, AI, and planning tools.
- A strong analytical mindset, ability to work independently, and ownership of responsibilities.
