">We provide nursing, midwifery, careworker & support service staff to private clients, community & in-home programs, government agencies, hospitals, health & aged care facilities throughout Melbourne.
">Our team offers an opportunity for a skilled and organized individual to work in South Melbourne. The role requires flexibility to work between 3–5 shifts per week. Shifts are rostered for 8 hours between 4:45 AM & 11:00 PM, seven days a week. You will be working exclusively onsite from our office in South Melbourne.
">About the Role:
">As a Staff Coordinator, you will communicate with on-hire staff & our clients to deliver exceptional services. Your typical day may include:
">- Booking staff into suitable shifts">
- Accurate data input into our system">
- Taking client requests professionally & efficiently">
- Processing client bookings, monitoring shift changes & updating staff availability">
- Maintaining communication with staff & clients & problem solving, as required">
No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment.
">Key Requirements:

With a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, we encourage applications from skilled individuals who share our dedication to delivering excellence & professionalism.
