Job Description

At Arborcraft tree services PTY LTD, we are seeking an experienced Administration Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and supervisors within the organization.
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications for the business.
  • Receive and direct telephone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Oversee email correspondence and assist with filing and documenting data.
  • Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the conference room or staff member's office.
  • Take additional administration duties, including answering inquiries for the general public, scheduling appointments, and receiving or sending out messenger/courier items.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working within a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Good keyboard skills.
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
