About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in supporting the team to deliver impact for our business across OD and Learning projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and seamless delivery, high-quality materials, and accurate and timely data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning and development coordination, ensuring our learning experiences are clearly communicated and seamlessly delivered.
  • Employee engagement survey coordination, working with the OD team and HR Business Partners to end-to-end delivery.
  • Support the Performance Management and Talent and Succession processes, including system administration, communications, and reporting.
  • Inclusion and Diversity support, including assisting with reporting, vendors, communications, and delivery of initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of high-quality documentation, data, materials, resources, and communications for the OD team.
  • Data management and reporting for OD and Learning to ensure accurate processing, storage, and insights that support the team and Business to make data-driven decision making.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a good combination of:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administration role.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Great communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Solid data and reporting skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong service orientation and customer-focused.
  • Proactive, demonstrate initiative, and can-do attitude.
  • Advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
