We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage industrial, office, and land properties efficiently.
- Lead a team of Facility Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and analyze proposals for various property services, including landscaping, snow removal, janitorial services, HVAC, roof, and parking lot projects.
