We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Services Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional care and support.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service, responding to client inquiries and directing visitors with ease and professionalism. They will also efficiently scan and record client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Additionally, they will process accounts and information using our systems and databases, demonstrating strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A well-developed communicator with high-level computer skills, including MS Excel and databases.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • A relevant qualification in community services (desirable) and experience working in a community service or similar environment (advantage).
