
Community Service Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to coordinate rosters for accommodation and community teams across all areas of our business. This is a challenging yet rewarding role with a dynamic team environment.
The Roster Coordinator will report to the Rostering Team Leader and be responsible for arranging replacement staff to cover sick leave or planned/unplanned absences, working with front-line leaders to resolve rostering concerns, undertaking administration tasks efficiently and liaising with staff, Team Leaders, and Payroll regarding rosters and pay issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange direct care staff to cover sick leave or planned/unplanned absences
- Work with front-line leaders to resolve areas of concern or poor staff response to rostering needs
- Undertake rostering and administration tasks efficiently and liaise with staff, Team Leaders, and Payroll regarding rosters and pay issues promptly
Requirements
This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, strong conflict resolution skills, and experience in workforce deployment and coordination of large teams.
A passion for providing service and assistance in the community is also highly desirable. Experience in the disability sector is advantageous but not essential.
