Job Description

Job Title: Collaborative Planner/VRP

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Collaborative Planner/VRP to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely deployment of orders to maintain high stock availability in our distribution centers and manage stock levels effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and analyze weekly and monthly KPI reports to track shipment performance, daily stock levels, and missed deployment codes.
  • Prepare weekly order plans, including shortfalls, availability, and KPI measures, to inform customer meetings and drive business decisions.
  • Manage backorders and work closely with the logistics team to resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial and supply chain, to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
  • Publish timely and accurate KPI and supply risk reports to support business decisions.
  • Assist the Logistics Lead in driving business initiatives and achieving key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar planning role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in demand forecasting techniques to predict future inventory requirements accurately.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
