We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our rental department, you will be responsible for providing quality property management services to our clients.

Responsibilities

">
  • Manage properties daily
  • Lease and prepare storage shed leases/files as needed
  • Conduct private inspections with prospective tenants
  • Liaise with rental providers, tenants, and tradespeople
  • Conduct open for inspections midweek and on Saturdays
  • Process rental applications promptly and accurately
  • Prepare files for new tenancies
  • Complete condition reports before tenancy starts
  • Negotiate, prepare, and execute lease renewals
  • Conduct final inspections and coordinate cleaning/repairs for re-letting, including bond releases
  • Use Tapi for maintenance requests
  • Attend tribunal hearings as needed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; accurate word processing
  • Effective communication with people at all levels
  • Flexibility to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks

  • Good knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
