Bid Managers drive business growth by leading high-quality bid submissions. They collaborate across departments to ensure bid content aligns with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Bid Strategy and Management: Develop and execute effective bid strategies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions that meet client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Precontracts, Delivery, Commercial, and Procurement teams to ensure bid content is aligned with pricing, contract terms, and project requirements.
- Client Engagement: Engage in post-tender activities such as client negotiations, presentations, clarifications, and handover documentation to support successful project initiation.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to internal bid processes and systems.
- Team Culture and Development: Foster a collaborative work environment by mentoring team members, contributing to team initiatives, and promoting professional development opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years' experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in delivery and bid settings.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, consultants' management & on-site personnel.
