Job Opportunity

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will lead and manage tender submissions, leveraging your expertise to ensure high-quality, competitive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute bid strategies, coordinating teams and assessing risks to deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Collaborate across departments to align bid content with pricing, contract terms, and project requirements.
  • Engage in client negotiations, presentations, clarifications, and handover documentation to drive successful projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance internal bid processes and systems.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment through mentoring, team initiatives, and inclusive practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in civil engineering, delivery, or bid settings.
  • Effective communication with clients, consultants, and on-site personnel.
  • Proven track record converting key bids into won work.
