Civil Infrastructure Contracting Bid Writer

As a skilled Bid, Tender and Proposals Coordinator, you will be working closely with our pre-contracts team in Melbourne, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft compelling content that effectively communicates the company's capabilities to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality, professional written content for bids.
- Ensure bid responses reflect the company brand, market position, and capabilities.
- Develop a bid writing plan and coordinate inputs with internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with others across all areas of the business.
- Maintain source libraries, including content, CVs, project information.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, public relations, communications or similar (desired).
- Previous experience in a writing-based role, particularly in civil engineering or construction.
- Excellent collaboration skills to build positive relations with stakeholders.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite.
- Australian Citizen or PR holder with local proposals/tender experience.
