Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical individual to join our team as an Enterprise Strategy Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our enterprise commercial teams to define and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and customer adoption.

You will be responsible for prioritizing ANZ product launches, participating in strategy reviews, and developing targeted sales plays to engage with leading enterprise companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Support enterprise commercial teams to define short and long-term strategies
  • Prioritize ANZ product launches and work with product, compliance, legal, and commercial functions
  • Participate in regular strategy reviews with global strategy management and business leaders
  • Develop targeted product and industry use-case sales plays
  • Support the Head of Enterprise with acceleration of customer adoption and growth
  • Engage with leading enterprise companies to connect Airwallex's capabilities to customer needs
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinker with analytical approach to developing strategies
  • Success-oriented and outcome-oriented individual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience engaging with and influencing customer stakeholders at all levels
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting and software company go-to-market strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial acumen and ability to create commercial proposals
