We're seeking a Data Product Manager to drive Optus' data management strategy enterprise-wide. This role involves designing and maintaining product management processes to deliver market-leading data management capabilities.

In this position, you'll contribute to innovative data management patterns, translate requirements into actionable items, and lead data transformation initiatives. You'll also identify opportunities to refine Optus' processes and improve data risk management.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Data, Engineering, Science, or IT, with experience working in data, IT, digital, or customer experience. They should have exposure to Agile environments and prior experience in data management, data analytics, or digital data fields.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing data management strategies
  • Leading data transformation initiatives
  • Refining Optus' processes to improve data risk management
  • Contributing to business cases and prioritization assessments
