Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled International Sea Freight Export Specialist to join our exports team. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering all sea freight exports (FCL, LCL, BCN) as well as some air freight export support during busy periods. This role involves booking new sea freight export shipments, liaising with suppliers and carriers, managing documentation flow, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking all new sea freight export shipments out of country
  • Domestic transport management
  • Liaising with suppliers, carriers on a daily basis
  • Overseas agent contact and communication
  • Manage documentation flow and ensure compliance
  • Primary export operator for all things sea freight

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on export operations
  • Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers
