This Administrative Support Specialist role at Swinburne University of Technology involves providing critical support to the International Recruitment and Admissions team. Reporting to the International Recruitment Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the team.

Your key responsibilities will include processing agent commission payments, managing OSHC policies, and supporting contract renewals and other administrative functions. Close collaboration with internal teams, including International Recruitment and Admissions, Finance, and Compliance, as well as external partners such as education agents, is essential.

To excel in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workflows efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with university policies. An undergraduate degree level qualification with subsequent administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training, is required. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
