Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to oversee a portfolio of claims, delivering exceptional claims management services aimed at achieving optimal return-to-work outcomes while complying with service standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain high customer service standards and take ownership of resolving issues and complaints promptly.
  2. Ensure regular communication with clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed throughout the claims management process and aware of their responsibilities.
  3. Proactively manage claims with a focus on strategic collaboration and effective case management, identifying and addressing barriers to return-to-work and health outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with the Team Manager and specialists to provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  5. Contribute to achieving business objectives and participate in departmental initiatives as required.
Candidate Profile
  1. Experience in a claims or customer service role, preferably within the insurance sector, with knowledge of allied health practices.
  2. Demonstrated passion and capability to deliver high-quality services and positive client experiences.
  3. Proven technical proficiency with various systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
  5. Ability to identify, manage, and escalate conflicts to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
