We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced APAC Partner Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our Barracuda team. As a dual role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partner recruitment marketing strategies to identify and grow Net New Partners (NNP) in the APAC market.

About the Role

As an APAC Partner Recruitment Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the creation of promotional materials and partner communications for partner recruitment in APAC.
  • Developing strategies and tactics to support channel sales efforts in recruiting partners that meet requirements across APAC.
  • Leveraging the International Partner Recruitment Team to localize and execute strategies locally.
  • Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of newly recruited partners on pipeline building, pipeline health, and marketing effectiveness/ROI.
  • Collaborating with the Field Marketing Manager locally to execute partner recruitment activities across APAC.
  • Developing a marketing plan with measurable goals to drive pipeline and revenue growth in ANZ.
  • Building co-marketing plans with designated partners to support revenue targets in ANZ.
  • Identifying and managing tradeshow sponsorships in Australia to ensure a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and MQL.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of technology marketing and channel marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Prior experience in partner/channel marketing in the cybersecurity industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment as well as in a team setting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience working successfully with sales teams.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
