The role of a Territory Customer Success Advisor revolves around driving value in the 'Onboard' and 'Use' lifecycle stages as customers deploy Autodesk solutions.

\

This position involves proactively engaging with customers through data-driven actions and responding to customer-initiated triggers.

\

The goal is to foster customer loyalty and growth through exceptional experiences.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Develop and execute onboarding strategies to boost adoption of Autodesk solutions by addressing customer inquiries.\
  • Provide direct guidance and resources to support customers in onboarding new solutions.\
  • Identify at-risk customers with low product adoption and assist them in maximizing the value they receive towards meeting their business objectives.\
  • Collaborate with sales teams, technical support, client services, and other stakeholders to drive customer success initiatives and resolve activation/onboarding/usage issues.\
  • Successfully conclude data-driven customer success projects.\
  • Foster high-level customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued adoption of Autodesk products through value-added conversations.\
  • Document customer success stories.\
  • Identify expansion opportunities for the business relationship and support the sales team in pursuing these opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.\
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and education.\
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management.\
  • Strong enthusiasm and dedication to understanding customer needs and ensuring they realize the full potential of Autodesk products and services.\
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and manage accounts to drive retention and satisfaction.\
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
