About this role:

The Business Relationship Manager is a key position responsible for fostering strong partnerships with referral networks in the NDIS sector. In this role, you will be focused on developing and maintaining relationships with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, Service Providers, and other healthcare contacts to drive customer growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our State Team and wider National Partnerships Team to ensure a consistent approach to engaging and growing referral networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow B2B relationships to acquire new customers
  • Develop business development activities in agreed regions and markets
  • Drive and deliver customer acquisition to achieve business targets
  • Travel within the region and state, as well as interstate travel when required
  • Represent Plan Group at interagency meetings and local forums
  • Maintain partnerships and strategic alliances to extend the organisation's brand in the community
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes
