The Role: Customer Relationship Specialist
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll manage a portfolio of customers with overdue accounts. Your goal? To provide support, offer solutions, and help customers get back on track - all while representing our values of commitment, respect, accountability and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a portfolio of overdue accounts
- Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment plans
- Reconnect with customers who may be difficult to reach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer contact and account activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounts and support customers
- Handle objections and disputes calmly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Resilient, solutions-focused, and customer-first mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive situations
- Experience in customer service, collections, finance or sales is helpful - but not essential
- Ideal for career changers from retail, hospitality, finance or call centres
