The Role: Customer Relationship Specialist

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll manage a portfolio of customers with overdue accounts. Your goal? To provide support, offer solutions, and help customers get back on track - all while representing our values of commitment, respect, accountability and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a portfolio of overdue accounts
  • Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment plans
  • Reconnect with customers who may be difficult to reach
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer contact and account activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounts and support customers
  • Handle objections and disputes calmly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Resilient, solutions-focused, and customer-first mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
  • Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive situations
  • Experience in customer service, collections, finance or sales is helpful - but not essential
  • Ideal for career changers from retail, hospitality, finance or call centres
