About the Role

Bespoke Careers is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to play a pivotal part in winning projects and propelling sales for our global furniture manufacturer client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities with architectural and design firms.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the A&D sector as well as end-user and corporate clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our extensive range of commercial furniture solutions.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to generate leads and maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and pipeline activities.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a business development or account management role within commercial furniture or other architectural or interior product.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • A self-starter attitude with drive and motivation to achieve targets, both individually and as part of the wider team.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles in multinational companies.
  • Qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
