We are seeking a highly experienced Freight Forwarding professional to join our National Business Development team at PATH4 Group. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging customers who require comprehensive solutions spanning 3PL, 4PL, integration, and vendor management.

About the Role:

This is a senior role that requires a deep understanding of global supply chains and the ability to deconstruct complex supply chains to tailor product solutions to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for:

  • Opening doors with C-level decision-makers and presenting tailored solutions to help drive their businesses forward.
  • Leveraging your internal network to identify and implement the right solutions for your prospective customers.
  • Ensuring prospects are identified, qualified, and nurtured through the sales pipeline to close profitable and sustainable deals.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales management and a deep understanding of the Freight Forwarding sector.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively within a successful sales team and adhere to company structures and procedures.
