As a Service Desk Analyst at Adairs, you will be the face of our Technology team, working closely with our Support Office in Scoresby.
Your key responsibilities will include:

\tSupporting, building, maintaining, and monitoring of the Adairs' Technology store and support office landscape.
\u2022
\tCollaborating with the broader Technology team to deliver a great technology experience for our team and customers.
\u2022
\tWorking with the store & support office team to overcome technology related problems.
\u2022
\tDiagnosing Software, Hardware & Network related Issues.
\u2022
\tDocumenting processes and procedures to support day to day activities.
\u2022
\tBuilding Laptops & Store POS equipment.
What We're Looking For
\u2022
\tAbility to communicate technology to non-technology people.
\u2022
\tExperience in some of the following technical areas: Ticket Management system, User Account Administration (Active Directory & Office 365), Internet, Networking and Basic Infrastructure.
\u2022
\tUnderstanding of ITIL Principles and Processes (Foundation Certification preferred).
\u2022
\tWorked in a similar service desk or desktop support role.
\u2022
\tAny experience in a Retail environment would be an advantage.
