Technical Leadership Director

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Application Specialist. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in driving business success through technical expertise and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing the Applications Specialist function, coordinating with a small, high-performing team.
- Developing and executing a pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Providing Level 2/3 ITSM support within an ITIL framework, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
- Configuring and administering cloud-based applications, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Managing application integration and middleware, including Azure Service Bus and API Management.
- Ensuring application security through best practices, including Azure Role-Based Access Control and OAuth 2.0 protocols.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams.
- Strong expertise in system configuration, administration, and infrastructure management.
- Experience with application integration, database management, and security configuration.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Azure DevOps pipelines and Bicep Templates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in government or large-scale organisations is highly desirable.
