Technical Leadership Specialist

The Solutions Engineering Manager is a pivotal role that oversees the pre-sales organization within a specified sales district.
They collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market, achieve revenue targets, and foster a winning culture.
- Lead by example, motivate the team to excel, and develop long-term strategies to meet performance goals.
- Energize NetApp's products for customers and partners, participating in industry events as needed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor behavior, providing feedback to Sales Leadership and Product Management.
- Contribute to sales campaigns and strategic planning sessions to drive revenue growth.
This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has 8+ years' experience as an individual contributor and 1-5 years as a people manager. Australian citizenship and security clearance are required.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, preferably with a Graduate Degree. Strong technical skills, including expertise in technical specifications for selling NetApp products and services, are essential.
