Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Job Coach. As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to help them find sustainable employment and education opportunities.

Your role will involve working one-on-one with clients to create individually tailored plans, motivating them to understand and trust their abilities, and removing perceived barriers to employment. You will also be responsible for building relationships with local employers and advocating for your clients' needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • A passion for helping people with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Resilience in the face of setbacks
  • Fluency in another language and culture (desired)
