Our Workers Compensation Consultants are experts in bringing holistic solutions to risk management and claims for Australia's largest national clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing trust with clients and collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders
  • Providing solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management challenges
  • Improving client performance through risk mitigation methods
  • Working within a multi-disciplinary team and sharing expertise with colleagues
  • Generating new and expanded business opportunities
  • Leading the national Client Service team

Day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Maintaining daily relationships with clients and their executives on projects
  • Project managing client deliverables
  • Bringing technical knowledge to discussions in claims, premiums, and policies
  • Recommending suitable solutions from client analysis activities, including claims, premiums, and policy structures
  • Serving as a mentor in business development and colleague development

Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree (desired)
  • Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or a closely related role
  • Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
  • Current Driver's License
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring clients and colleagues

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience
