About the Role

The Account Management team is a group of skilled problem solvers and growth strategists who excel in client relations and optimization. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing over 100+ client accounts, collaborating with clients to grow their online booking channel, and proactively suggesting changes to promote client growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture existing relationships with clients to drive growth and retention.
  • Conduct audits to identify opportunities to improve the client experience and drive online growth.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform growth strategies and optimize client outcomes.
  • Proactively connect with clients to present growth plans and influence their implementation.
  • Become an expert on FareHarbor and its features to handle unique client problems and enhance client adoption.
  • Effectively rollout product updates and projects to further enhance feature adoption and add value to the client portfolio.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B or B2C account management
  • Strong negotiator and influencer to implement growth strategies
  • Experience in data analysis to identify trends and formulate strategic plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Proven ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities
