Senior Fraud Manager

At HSBC, we're committed to protecting our customers and our business from financial crime. As a key member of our Fraud Management Team, you'll play a critical role in designing and coordinating our fraud prevention, detection, and response capabilities.
Main Responsibilities- Work autonomously to develop and implement innovative measures to mitigate the risk of fraud and scams.
- Prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders, contributing to the management of risk issues related to fraud.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to detect, escalate, and disrupt brand abuse and phishing matters.
- Provide high-level fraud and scam expertise to stakeholders across the organization.
- Tertiary qualification with relevant experience in fraud, preferably in retail banking.
- Experience delivering fraud tools and capability enhancements, realizing benefits.
- Commercially focused with experience of contributing to impactful fraud management strategies in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability are essential for this role.
